“I wanted to take a minute to let you know how impressed I was with your Service Technicians who came to install our new Mitsubishi heating/cooling unit. These two gentlemen worked in my department and they were quiet, respectful of their surroundings and of the people who were working in the area. The new unit is working great and I hope you will share my comments with your Service Technicians. They are a true asset to Titan Mechanical Solutions.”
– P. Simpson, Vice President, Richards Industries
“We have used Titan Mechanical Solutions for the past several years for a multitude of projects and for ongoing preventive maintenance. The staff is competent and always flexible to meet our needs, which is important in the healthcare industry.”
– R. Donnelly, Director of Hospitality Services, Bradford Place
“We used Titan Mechanical to work with one of our Walgreen’s construction sites. They did a fantastic job, on time and on budget. We will definitely use them again.”
– General Contractor
“After months and months, and thousands of dollars of unsubstantiated billing, and still having the same HVAC problems while dealing with another large commercial HVAC contracting firm in the Greater Cincinnati area, I finally had enough. I was told through another business peer that Titan Mechanical Solutions has been the company that they have come to trust for their HVAC needs and maintenance. I called Titan and spoke with Vickie Flood about my problems; the next day I had the owner of Titan standing in the foyer of my business wanting to know how they could be of service to me. Butch truly listened to my past problems, surveyed the equipment, and remedied the problem in one follow-up technical visit. Problem solved! If you call Titan, be prepared to feel like you are their most important customer, because that is how you will be treated. Two Thumbs Up!”
– D. Weber, Theatre Effects, Owner
When Butch “Creed” Holler formed Titan Mechanical several years ago, he made a promise to himself that if his company was a success, he would give back to the community in a big way! Not only has he kept that promise, but he instills the spirit of “giving back” to his employees, as well! When Butch asks his employees to select a charitable organization to sponsor during the holiday season, he matches their donations dollar for dollar! Giving back to the community throughout each year is Titan’s way of saying “thank you” for its success.
Butch’s idea of “giving back” doesn’t stop with outside organizations – he does it with his employees, as well! He is thankful for his employee’s hard work and dedication throughout the year and shows his gratitude in a number of ways! Titan holds its annual company picnic in mid-summer at Florence Freedom, where the employee’s entire family is invited to take in the game, eat a grand buffet with Gigi’s cupcakes for dessert, receive the annual company picnic T-shirt, and a “family” gift, as well!
The annual Christmas party is always a special time for each Titan family! There is always a lot of “behind the scenes” work prior to pulling this party off! Families assemble in a local banquet hall to festive holiday music and food, while the children eagerly await their visit from Santa! They know that Santa has brought something that they each truly want for Christmas, because Titan has its own special “elf” that helps Santa each year! Even the adults leave with a smile on their face, because this is the time when their hard work is rewarded with a Christmas bonus!
Prior to all of the major holidays, Titan has breakfast catered in for its employees, and to make it even better, the “boss” gives everyone an opportunity to take a little “extra” home with them! You just never know what you have to do to receive your “gift”, but it’s always a good time and just another way for Butch to say “thanks for being a great employee”!
